កាហ្វេមណ្ឌលគិរី

For a coffee addict, Mondulkiri is home to high-quality products of Arabica and Robusta coffee that are grown under a unique climate, ideal temperature, and humidity. The rich red soil created from a volcanic eruption provides excellent growing conditions. The coffee has a mild taste with a bit of chocolate aftertaste.

Mondulkiri province is a mountainous region where the elevations height does not exceed 800 metres (2624ft), making it challenging to grow any Arabica coffee other than a hybrid variety. Coffee growing agriculture takes place on the hillsides. Coffee farmers in the highland area are primarily indigenous people from the Bunong tribe
